• Guided Meditation

    A monthly guided meditation class is offered to help us all practice mindfulness. This class is included for all members, and only a $10 drop in for non-members. Any class purchased can be used towards the month of your choice. Please register for the class you will be attending. Members, please contact the front desk to register at 519-254-6666.

  • Prenatal Yoga (Spring 2019)

    Pregnancy is a time to be gentle on yourself, appreciate how amazing you are, and to be present in your body without judgment. It is a time to nourish yourself and your baby - and what better way to do this than with yoga?

    Yoga helps create space for the baby, comfort the mama, relieve tension in the upper back, alleviate anxiety around labour, decrease fluid retention, and build strrength in the legs to prepare for the physical side of labour. 

    This is an open and supportive environment for moms-to-be to connect and share experiences.

  • Pre/Post Natal: What to do? What not to do?

    This 2-hour workshop is open to professionals and moms both pregnant or post-baby.

    We will look at precautions for safe exercise during pregnancy, how the body changes, how to begin safe core rehab after baby, and how to test for D.R. as well as mini-programs.

  • Bootylicious Fusion (June 2019)

    Join Emmanuela for this body sculpting 4-week workshop designed to shape your glutes, tighten your abs, and relax your mind. Emmanuela will guide you through a fun 60-minute fusion of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga.

    We focus on creating shape in the muscles and strengthening the core to improve posture. We also work on flexibility to release tension in the mind and body.

    This fun, empowering, group class is open to all levels.

    Join Lauren & Kacie for an evening of relaxation with Yin Yoga and Reiki. Yin Yoga is created to bring deep healing to the body and soul with guided, long-holding, poses. Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that clears the chakras and brings balance to the body. Combining both Yin and Reiki will help you leave feeling relaxed and balanced.
