    Pregnancy is a time to be gentle on yourself, appreciate how amazing you are, and to be present in your body without judgement. It is a time to nourish yourself and your baby - and what better way to do this than with yoga?

    Yoga helps create space for the baby, comfort the mama, relieve tension in the upper back, alleviate anxiety around labour, decrease fluid retention, and build strength in the legs to prepare for the physical side of labour.

    This is an open and supportive environment for moms-to-be to connect and share experiences

This 700 Verse poem is one of the greatest gifts India has given the world. In it one finds the answers to all of mankind’s deepest questions. What is the meaning of life? What is the nature of the universe? How should one live? How should one die? Join Kyle Glassford for an introduction to the Bhagavad Gītā, in this workshop students will learn the origin and purpose of the Gita, how to appreciate and understand this magnificent work of literary and philosophical art.

    Students will receive a workbook and study guide to help you on your journey through the Bhagavad Gita.

    We will be looking at “The Bhagavad Gita, As It Is” by His Divine Grace Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada, if you don’t have a copy of this translation of the Bhagavad Gita there will be copies available for purchase at cost.

Join Kyle and his wind gong "hanuman" for this powerfully relaxing and uplifting meditation.
