    Pregnancy is a time to be gentle on yourself, appreciate how amazing you are, and to be present in your body without judgement. It is a time to nourish yourself and your baby - and what better way to do this than with yoga?

    Yoga helps create space for the baby, comfort the mama, relieve tension in the upper back, alleviate anxiety around labour, decrease fluid retention, and build strength in the legs to prepare for the physical side of labour.

    This is an open and supportive environment for moms-to-be to connect and share experiences

He will explain the benefits of using theses sequences of movements and why they are important to the practice of yoga, regardless of the style of class being taken. Once learned and memorized, sun salutations A and b can be done pretty much anwhere and any time. We will review the most important foundations of the practice of yoga and how they apply to Surya Namaskara A and B.
